Following the positive feedback from previous participants, we‘re once again partnering with mental health organisation Aware, to offer our fourth fully funded positive mental health programme starting in February.
The programme based on the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is available exclusively through the partnership to those working in the Irish insurance industry, who are experiencing mild depression, stress and/or anxiety.
The Virtual Life Skills Programme has been designed to help people learn more about how they think and how this influences their actions. Committing fully to the Virtual Life Skills Programme, could mark the start of a brand-new chapter for those participating. The programme will also help attendees to build resilience and equip them with the knowledge and tools to deal with life challenges.
The programme is compiled of eight modules delivered over six consecutive weeks. The sessions will be delivered by Zoom on Tuesday evenings in a relaxed way by a trained professional with each session lasting an hour and a half. The programme will begin on Tuesday 1 February and further details can be found here.
We were keen to establish a partnership in Ireland to offer the Irish insurance community extra practical support where needed, and so this initiative launched at the end of last year came at a particularly pertinent time.
We’d be grateful if you could share this information with your HR teams and other colleagues based in Ireland, so those needing support at this challenging time can take advantage.
Bookings are not open as yet, but you can now register your interest.
