We are continually working to raise awareness and ensure that insurance employees across the industry are aware of us and that those in need know they can access our support.
Through articles in the media (both trade and national), newsletters, our website, short videos and regular posting on social media we can demonstrate the positive impact our work has had on individuals and their families.
In order to support this activity, we try to feature case studies and quotes where appropriate. Real-life stories are incredibly powerful and encourage people to get in touch in order to get the help they need.
If you are willing to share your story in some capacity, we would love to hear from you. We have created a case study consent form that details a range of options of how you could potentially contribute to our publicity in the future if you wished to do so. The options should be chosen based entirely on what you and your family feel comfortable with, and you can, of course, change these preferences at any time.
Alternatively, you can simply provide a quote or case study anonymously, so real names are not used.
If you feel able to contribute in any of the ways listed, the process would be very straightforward. Once we have received your completed consent form, we would send you a short set of questions to answer via email. When your answers have been written up into a final case study, we will send this to you for approval.
