The charity comprises of a dedicated team of experienced individuals who continually strive to support the beneficiaries in the most appropriate way.
Chief Executive Officer and Company Secretary – Annali-Joy Thornicroft
Annali-Joy is responsible for devising key objectives and business strategies, making recommendations to and implementing decisions made by the Board.
Accountant – Phyllis Stanton
Phyllis is responsible for the finance function of the charity; including the preparation of Management information and year-end Accounts.
Accounts Administrative Assistant – Diane Bradley
Diane works in respect of payments and donations in addition to general office administration duties.
Welfare Adviser – Jane Nicholson
Jane is the charity’s prime adviser on statutory benefit entitlements. She is responsible for assessing applications and making recommendations in respect of charitable payments to individuals.
Welfare Administrative Assistant – Jackie Rouse
Jackie’s role covers word processing, database management and general office administration duties in addition to providing support to the Welfare function.
Marketing and Communications Manager – Victoria Sutton
This role is the first point of contact for volunteers and corporates wanting support in respect of their marketing and communication efforts on behalf of the Charity.
The Charity relies heavily on its dedicated team of volunteers across the UK and Ireland who visit beneficiaries and undertake marketing and fundraising locally. Volunteers are nominated by the local and associated institutes of the Chartered Insurance Institute as well as other insurance bodies.
